Madeleine Rose (b. 1991)
is a conceptual performing artist, choreographer & creative director, specialising in authentic voice & movement. Currently lives and works in Berlin.
Madeleine rose to the live music scene as the cofounder & front womxn of P.D.O.A. experimental multi-media outfit, touring Europe from 2021 to 2023 and present. Paralleled by M.Rose founding of the communal creative network The Mad Express.
Her previous works 2017-2019 M.Rose partnered with Valentin Tszin developing dance theatre collective Das Gegenteil, a research and performance group of psychoanalytical body workers and improvisational dancers, creating underground stages across Asia & Europe.
M.Rose is performing in the Movement Choir of ‘EXIL’ at Berliner Ensemble (2022-2024), plays a stunt dancer in Tom Tykwer’s upcoming movie DAS LICHT, & following her debut EP ‘P.D.O.A.’ & debut album I STILL CARE is currently producing the next upcoming album release in 2024 titled Expressions Of Obsessions featuring new and exciting collaborations with friends of the queer community in Berlin, working alongside longterm collabaorator Anton Remy.
