KinkYoga helps to prepare your body and mind prior to BDSM and Shibari practices, and also partake in yoga in a kink friendly and alternate safe space.

 

KinkYoga encourages movement outside of the traditional norms of yoga and structured lines and form. Led by Madeleine Rose, the session will consist of breathing exercises to relax and help gain body positivity in preparation for darkroom play. A ritual of exercises and movements which enhance body sensitivity, control and confidence for harsh environments. Participants are welcome to wear anything that makes you feel good, from fetish to flexible yoga wear.
